The Government has launched its consultation on Nuclear Safeguards Regulations
Following withdrawal from the Euratom, the UK will introduce new Nuclear Safeguards Regulations to enable a domestic nuclear safeguards regime to operate in the UK.
This consultation seeks views on the operability and effectiveness of these draft Nuclear Safeguards Regulations.
The consultation closes on 14 September 2018.
