We have launched our consultation on ONR 2025, our strategy for the next five years. The consultation is open to all.
After extensive engagement on our future direction and priorities with our stakeholders: those we regulate, the nuclear industry, our NGO community of local and national campaign groups, other regulators, government, and, of course, our staff and Board, we’ve put together our draft 2025 Strategy. The comments were wide-ranging, and included learning from and working with others, welcoming innovation and new ways of working, agility and influence, all reflected in this draft strategy.
Once agreed, the strategy will set our direction and priorities for the next five years, building on our strengths, continuing to focus on protecting society, and addressing the changing demands we will face as the UK’s nuclear regulator.
Thank you to all of you who have already taken the time to help shape our future to ensure we will continue to protect society. We’d like to hear from you on the draft ONR Strategy to 2025 document we’ve put together based on what we've already been told.
