Explanation of Judgement if Safety System Not Judged to be Adequate
Key Findings, Inspectors Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made.
We examined the licensee’s Life Fire Safety arrangements, how they have been implemented and consider them to be adequate and in compliance with the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005.
Conclusion of Intervention.
We are content that the arrangements made under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 are adequate and implemented appropriately for the licensee’s activities. Some areas for improvement were identified and we were satisfied that these would be implemented and will be monitored as part of normal regulatory business.
