The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) has been reaccredited with disability confident leader status for another three years, underlining our commitment to supporting all our staff to reach their full potential, including those with disabilities.
This government-backed scheme encourages employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop people with disabilities.
As a disability confident leader, we also aim to change attitudes outside ONR by encouraging and supporting stakeholders, as well as those in our supply chain, to make the journey to become disability confident.
